Friendship Academy of the Arts Board of Directors, 2023-24

There are seven seated members of Friendship Academy’s governing board. The board member terms are staggered serving 2 years per term.

The board consists of five community members, one licensed teacher from Friendship Academy staff, one parent with a student attending Friendship Academy.

Each Board Member has one vote.The affirmative vote of a majority of a quorum of voting members constitute a duly authorized action of the members.

Board Elections are held annually in May.

The Board of Directors generally meets on the last Monday of each month at 6:00pm at the school except for the months of May, November and December due to holidays in those months. Meetings for May, November and December are held the third Monday of the month.
